October 2025 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

“Win a Worm-Wise Pack”

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised and administered by EggZen Ltd, incorporated in the Isle of Man (“EggZen”).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Isle of Man residents aged 16 or over.

  • Entrants must have a valid Facebook account —or— be an EggZen customer.

  • Entrants must abide by the entry terms below.

3. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway via Facebook, participants must:

  1. Like the official giveaway post on Facebook.

  2. Make a Comment in the comments section of the official giveaway post.

  3. NO purchase is required for entry.

  4. Do so during the period of the giveaway.

To enter the giveaway as a new or existing customer, participants must:

  1. Complete a valid Purchase of any product or kit from EggZen between [16 October 2025] and [15 November 2025].

General terms of entry:

  • Maximum of one entry per person is permitted, regardless of method used to enter.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter, when entering via the Facebook entry terms.

  • No Facebook like or comment is necessary, when entering via the new or existing customer entry terms.

  • The giveaway runs from [16 October 2025] to [15 November 2025], with entries closing at 11:59 PM (Isle of Man time) on the end date.

  • Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

Unfortunately only one entry per person is allowed, thank you for the outstanding support!

5. Prize Details

Two winners will each receive one (1) “The Worm-Wise Pack” kit valued at £95.00 (RRP)

“The Worm-Wise Pack” is for a single equine and includes:

  • 4x Faecal Worm Egg Count kits

  • 2x EquiSal tapeworm saliva collection kits (Including return postage envelopes)

  • Step-by-step instruction pamphlet

  • Expert worming advice and POM-VPS dewormer prescriptions (if required)

5. Prize Conditions

  • Each Worm-Wise Pack is intended for use with one specific equine only.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative goods.

  • Once a Worm-Wise Pack has been redeemed and associated with a particular horse, it cannot be transferred to another horse or owner.

  • The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of notification, unless otherwise agreed by EggZen in writing.

  • EggZen reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Two winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the giveaway closing date.

  • Winners will be notified via direct message from EggZen’s official Facebook page —or— via an already established means like email or whatsapp in the case of an existing client, this will be done within 7 days of the giveaway closing.

  • Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.

  • If a winner does not respond within the timeframe, EggZen reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • By entering, participants agree that EggZen may contact them directly in connection with this giveaway.

  • Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with EggZen’s Privacy Policy available at Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy.

  • Participant information will not be shared with third parties except as required for fulfilment of the prize.

8. Liability

  • EggZen accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical malfunction, network issues, or other reasons beyond its control.

  • By participating, entrants agree to release EggZen from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of any prize.

  • Nothing in these terms shall limit EggZen’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. General

  • EggZen reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to events outside its reasonable control.

  • The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the giveaway is final.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man courts.
